His book discusses, in part, unethical practices involved in education testing. He also explains the change in education leadership from one centered on open communication, to authoritative, top-down business model that leads through fear. At the beginning of every school year, nothing, and I mean NOTHING is in working order. Why should this year be any different? The cause: incompetent administrators and school support - time to stop wasting tax dollars on them. Hold these persons to the same standards as American teachers.

This podcast will be an addition to an earlier podcast in which I discussed the horrific level of leadership from those leading education, who have no actual experience (Podcast #4: The Broad Superintendent Academy: 25 days and you too can be a district superintendent. This continuation will explain how a school system, DoDEA, is probably on the cusp of ruin, because it is managed by Thomas Brady, a man who seemingly has no K-12 cl...

Data-driven and research-based are fairly new buzzwords that education leadership has added to the education vocabulary arsenal. Of course data and research have always been used in education. However, today those are superficial selling points instead of appropriately applied resources. This podcast discusses how education leadership manipulates numbers in order to sell its common conformity education programs.

This podcast will discuss several incidents in which a principal hurt students in order to hurt a teacher. It will discuss the lengths today's common conformity education administrators are willing to go, in order to shut down true teacher talent, including harming teachers professionally and alleged poisoning. Yes, I believe Principal Gibson may have tried to murder me. As always, the emphasis must be placed on the effects today's...

This podcasts discusses the career benefits of being the first American politician to stand up for great American teachers. Along with the benefits outlined in this podcast -- I also hand you your first case of unethical practices by education leadership -- a school system that has allegedly stolen close to $36 million from its teachers. That's just the tip of the iceberg. If education leadership finds nothing wrong with stealing m...

This podcast is based on an online article entitled Why Teachers Suck. It was published in June 2017 by Bert Faulks. Basically, it is an article written by an ex-teacher who is arguing with his friend Tim, because Tim believes that America is a mess because teachers suck. I will let you read the article at your leisure because I want to focus on the comments left by three of the readers. These comments beautifully sum up American t...

Incompetents get hired, retained and promoted in American education because they are key to the mediocrity goals of education leadership. These are the proverbial yes-people; the head bobbers who will say and do anything their bosses require - no matter what. They don't stir the pot, they do not question, and most importantly -- they will never examine any new mandate. They will accept what they are told because they are lemmings.

I would bet my life savings that vouchers and common conformity education programs were primarily designed by white people with financial means. These puppets are simply pawns, because the very top echelon of education is pulling their strings. This is a very wealthy oligarchy that wants to make sure there is another generation of mediocrity, it can employ to work and consume all the products that add zeros to the bank statements o...

Several colleagues of mine have asked me if I'm afraid to blow the whistle. They worry about my continued employment because we all know that education leadership is not going to allow some lowly teacher to rain on their profitable scams. Several years ago I would have agreed with them. However, after too many years of witnessing various atrocities, and feeling the effects of the types of persons hired to implement common conformit...

What happens when the good old boys are promoted into school administration? How do they affect the careers of their female staff and the education of female students? Although the answers are probably obvious, I will still provide an anecdote or two about my experiences working under the good old boys. There is a new breed of administrator and teacher being hired for the sole purpose of implementing common conformity education programs -- like Common Core and College and Career Readiness. These newbies are not focused on improving teaching and learning, they are focused on making sure their schools are conforming to the demands of these inappropriate education programs. What this will eventually mean for American schools, is the ...

This is the best metaphor I can think of to describe what it's like when great American teachers are forced to work within the confines of slow car education leadership. Creative, innovative, intelligent teachers unable to bypass their systems' mediocrity. This means their students are forced to slow down too -- all because education leadership doesn't have the ability to put peddle to metal.
