Dr. Sherrie Campbell, PhD. joins us again today to discuss her journey in recovery from cutting off toxic family members. She shares how the dysfunction continued to build until she was strong enough to separate herself from her family. She discussed her process of finding out family members had passed away and how money was handled in the process. Dr. Sherrie also provided some tips on the recovery journey.
