In this special Valentine's Day episode, I decided to do something a little different and brought on my sisters for a fun and lighthearted conversation. We reminisced about our recent trip to Los Angeles, where we indulged in the joys of sisterhood, laughter, and the freedom to be our true selves.
Our time together was a reminder of the importance of spending quality time with those who allow us to feel completely at ease, without judgment. I shared how these moments of genuine connection and playfulness are not only deeply healing for the soul but also make us better in our various roles in life, whether as mothers, professionals, or friends.
We laughed about our crazy adventures, from attending a live channeling event to experiencing the glitz of Beverly Hills during the Emmys. We discussed the power of manifesting and the practices we use to bring our desires to life, like writing down our goals or sleeping with affirmations under our pillows.
