(00:01):
Welcome to another episode of Aligned with Kel Quarrel.
I am Kel and it is happy freaking fry yay.
Why do you ask?
That is because I officially launched my human design reading reports this morning.
Only about four weeks later than I anticipated.

(00:24):
However, they are done and they have been launched out into the world.
Well,
to my email list at the beginning, but soon to be out in the world.
And I just wanted to come in and share a little bit of this process because I'm not sureif you've ever done this, but I completely underestimated the amount of time and work that

(00:53):
was required to write and put together.
these human design reports.
And I often do it.
I will completely overestimate how much I can get done in a short amount of time.
But if I can set the scene for you, I really wanted to get my human design reportscompleted and launched before I went to Bali on the 17th of May.

(01:26):
with my other company, Shecan.
We run two recharge retreats back to back in Bali once a year.
And I knew the moment that I left my home to go to the airport, my mind would be whollyand solely on Shecan.
And I was scrambling to complete the human design reports and get them launched before Iwent.

(01:53):
but it just didn't happen.
I was putting in the hours, I was sitting at the desk, I was doing all of the things, butpurely and simply, I just ran out of time.
And as I said before, I do sometimes completely overestimate how much I am able to achievein a certain period of time.

(02:20):
And so,
I left for the airport and I just knew that uh the hopes and dreams of launching thereports before I left were squashed.
And I say that very uh tongue in cheek, very jokingly, first world problems.
But what was really interesting when I returned, I took a day to settle back in toeveryday life here at home and

(02:48):
I ticked off some very important things that I needed to get done for SheCan.
And then I opened up the reports to kind of assess where I was at and what needed to bedone.
And interestingly, returning back with fresh eyes and having put them aside, I, one, founda couple of errors and two,

(03:14):
saw the reports in a different way that allowed me to make some tweaks and also add someimprovements.
So as we always know that the timing is always perfect and things always happen as theyshould.
And, you know, not launching the reports before I left was actually a blessing because Idon't believe I would have found the errors in a rush to launch them.

(03:42):
So
Just, I guess, as I said, understanding that it was not going to happen and being okaywith that and leaving for Bali actually worked in my favor because the reports are even
better than what they would have been had I have rushed them through.
And two, I have everything crossed that I picked up all of the errors and everything isgoing to run smoothly and they're launched.

(04:11):
So if you are listening to this and you are thinking, what are these human design reportsall about?
They are a personalized comprehensive human design aligned blueprint guidebook that I havewritten in my own words for you to learn more about your own human design.

(04:34):
Now, the way that you get the report is you simply log into my website calquarrel.com.auand you load your free chart.
And then once your chart loads, you have the option to buy a report.
And in that, it gives you information on your energy type, your strategy, your authority, your not self and signature themes.

(05:02):
It also
goes through your profile lines and comprehensively on your defined and undefined centers.
So it's a really great starting point, particularly if you are newer to human design.
I absolutely have other reports and books that I want to write, but I'm taking a breather.

(05:27):
I'm actually going to celebrate the fact that these reports are done.
And as I said on my Instagram story today, they were absolutely a labor of love.
I really did underestimate how much time would go into them.
Um, but I really want to say a massive thank you to those on my email list that havealready purchased.

(05:50):
It makes me so excited that there is interest there in human design.
And as I said, I wanted these reports to sound like me.
I wanted to strip.
it right back to be really simple and easy to understand because there's a lot ofinformation on human design out there and there's a lot of experts and a lot of people

(06:14):
that have incredible information.
But I wanted my reports to sound like me.
I wanted the content to be digestible and actionable in a really simple.
and easy to understand way.
And I do believe that I have achieved that.
So I wanted to come in and just share that this is sometimes the journey of anentrepreneur and business person because we can have, you know, deadlines and we can have

(06:46):
goals and we can set ourselves up with things that we want to achieve by a certain date.
But sometimes the reality is when we are juggling,
a home and children and other businesses for you it might even be you might have a job aswell that we have to give ourselves some grace if things don't always work out as we

(07:09):
hoped.
And whilst this is only, you know, as I said, maybe three or four weeks later, then Ihoped uh the timing was actually perfect because as I said, I found those few errors and I
also made some improvements.
But I want to ask you the question, how do you speak to yourself when things perhaps don'tquite go to plan?

(07:33):
When it is that you set yourself a goal or a target and it doesn't work out the way thatyou hoped, what is, you know, the follow on or the follow up from that?
Because I know as a woman in business for over 20 years,
It's been something that I've needed to learn that there is no point beating ourselves up.

(07:59):
There is no point having judgment.
There is no point being cranky or moody or wishing things to be another way because theyaren't.
And I'm not going to lie.
When I was heading off to Bali, I was a little bit annoyed.
was like, damn, why could I just not have got those reports finished?

(08:20):
But you know,
when you land in Bali, all of your, all of your first world problems melt away, shall wesay.
And it was really nice to be able to come back, get into everyday life back in Australiaand home on Tuesday and set myself a new target to launch them by the end of this week.

(08:40):
And I successfully did that.
And I'm just so happy.
I, as I said, I think this is the first kind of report of many.
I definitely want to offer people more deep dives into gates and channels and theirincarnation cross, which is more of what I do in my Clarity by Design sessions.

(09:03):
But for those women out there that aren't ready to work with me one-on-one or perhapsdon't have the ability to invest the time and money into a one-on-one session, I want to
be able to develop more
so that they can go on the journey of learning human design in a way that is always simpleand easy to understand.

(09:27):
And then when the time is right, if they have the want and the need to do a one-on-onesession with me, then they can do that.
But today is just a reminder for you that when things don't necessarily work out the waythat you had originally planned,

(09:48):
it might be for the better.
And that is something that I got to remind myself of this week, uh launching my humandesign reports.
And so as I said before, if you are interested in human design, you can always get yourfree chart from my website, calquarrel.com.au forward slash free chart.

(10:11):
I will put the link in the show notes as well.
and you will receive some information with that free chart that you can download as a PDF.
But if you want to take it one step further and purchase the guidebook, then that is nowan option available to you.
And I'm very, very excited that finally, as I said, happy freaking Friday.

(10:36):
They are live and they are done.
So I will put all of the information in the show notes.
ah But this is just a little short punchy episode today to say, yay, to celebrate myself, but to also remind you that when things don't necessarily work out the way that you
thought they would, trust that it is always for the better.

(11:00):
Until next time, have a beautiful weekend ahead or whenever you are listening to this, have a wonderful day and I will be back very, very soon.
