I am Kel and I'm not going to lie.
We're going to probably blow some cobwebs out today because it has been a hot minute sinceI have recorded a podcast episode.
I don't even know when the last podcast episode was that was released for Aligned.

I think maybe January or February, but I'm just not exactly sure.
And
On the 18th of April, a line celebrated its first birthday, which coincided with my 47thbirthday.
And I use the word celebrated, but that's probably not the correct term because I didn'tcelebrate it.

I didn't speak about it and I didn't acknowledge it, nor did I record a one yearanniversary podcast episode.
It was Good Friday.
we were away in our caravan for school holidays and Easter.
And I just did not prioritize making an announcement that Aligned had turned one.

And interestingly, I have just been not prioritizing Aligned full stop.
I made an announcement either late last year or earlier this year that I was pausing
recording weekly episodes for Aligned with Kel Quarrel.
I just started to feel like I was forcing myself to create content for the podcast becausemy commitment was to do a weekly episode and that was not in alignment with my generator

energy and it started to become frustrating, which if you are a generator or a manifestinggenerator, you will know is the not self theme.
And so that was my little signpost, my mini red flag to say, okay, something isn't workinghere.
So I made the decision to do podcast episodes when I felt excited, when I felt passionate,when I felt like I had something to respond to, be it in the coaching space, in the

marketplace, or what was happening in my life.
However, I did not have a strategy around that and isn't that interesting.
that as a business coach and strategist, I myself did not have a strategy for my podcast.
And so we are entering the fifth month of 2025.

And I think there's been one podcast episode released this year for Aligned.
And that is because I did not have a strategy.
So I am now refocusing my attention on Aligned because let's be honest, when we have apodcast and we do any type of
any type of activities in our business that increases visibility and exposure, then itsupports us with our marketing and it supports us in having greater reach, which then can

turn into greater impact and more clients and all of those things.
So I'm not sure what that means for Aligned just now.
I'm absolutely not going back to doing a weekly episode.
but I certainly will be having a much clearer strategy for me so that I remain consistentwith delivering high quality content on this platform through Aligned Podcast.

That being said, what I wanted to come in today and share with you is a little bit of anupdate on what has been happening in my business and some exciting things that I'm working
on and why I'm doing that.
One of the biggest decisions was delaying the launch of Elevate and Align Mastermind.
(03:55):
So I ran Elevate and Align Mastermind for the very first time in September of last year,and I absolutely loved it.
It was incredible to move from a low cost membership to a high level mastermind.
And I was really excited to relaunch in February of this year.
However, I had

an incredibly crazy Christmas and January, self-inflicted, wonderful social uh travel,family, friends, all of the things, all of my fourth line energy.
But by the end of January, my second line was like screaming at me to hermit.
(04:42):
It was needing.
a lot of alone time and a lot of time to recoup and refuel the engines.
And I just knew at that moment, there was no way that I was going to be able to put myenergy into another live launch of Elevate and Align Mastermind.
And so with that, I decided to not launch.

And at that time, I had no idea when I would be relaunching again.
And with that space and time to kind of think about
you know, business and what it is that I really want to offer, I redeveloped Elevate andAlign completely.
It's practically a entirely new mastermind.

There is uh obviously some of the content that I delivered first time around carrying oninto the new look mastermind.
But other than that, really the only thing that is the same is the name.
I'm so excited to announce that I am relaunching Elevate on a Line in July of this yearand it will be the only launch for 2025.

I have made the, what would you say?
I've made the container smaller and I've made the access to me and the contact to me somuch greater.
So when I am running Elevate and Align Mastermind, I will have very limited one-on-oneclient spaces because my full attention and focus will be on Elevate and Align Mastermind.

And I am so excited to be delivering that.
Of course, it will be human design led coaching and mentoring, but it will be a lot aroundstrategy.
Now the woman...
that is right for Elevate and Align Mastermind is the woman that is already in business,that has a business, that has clients, and that is generating an income and things are

good, but they're not great.
You know, there's that drive to want to go to that next level, but the uncertainty of howto do that.
Looking at business ecosystems, looking at client journeys, looking at offers, looking athow do we refine all of that.
being led by your unique and personal human design, but also utilizing my 20 years ofbusiness experience and also my gifts and strengths that exist within my own human design

So I'm very excited about that.
The other thing is I stepped away from doing, you know, human design readings.
So my foundational human design readings, which were called an Aligned Blueprint HumanDesign Reading,
I actually removed from my offer suite purely because my not self theme of frustration wascreeping in a little bit because I felt like there was kind of a regurgitation of

information and I was getting a little bored with that.
And so aligned blueprint readings still exist, but they're in the background.
So when I feel like, yeah, let's, you know, introduce
some new beginning people into human design, I might release a limited number of thoseoffers, but they are not something that you can find on my website.

And what I've then done is created a new offer called Clarity by Design.
And that is for women in business or in life that are just at that point where they arelacking clarity.
What are the next steps?
They're feeling like something's off kilter.
They're excited to be moving forward and maybe really wanting to take that next step, beit in their career, in their relationships, in their finances, in their business, and

they're just not sure how to do that.
We dive into their human design and use that as a tool to see whether or not we can findclarity in that session.
So.
That's really exciting.
So all of that I feel is definitely my forward facing, my high energy, my fourth line.

And with that, I need to balance that with my second line.
I also have my other company, Shecan, which I absolutely love and adore.
And that is in a live events and retreat business.
We are off to Bali on
the 17th of May, so in 10 days time, and I'll be there for just short of three weeksrunning two retreats back to back with my best friend and business partner, Shez.

And that again, takes a lot of my fourth line energy.
So what I know is that for me to not burn out, I need to be able to balance my fourth lineextrovert energy where I'm really
putting a lot of energy into my community and into my clients and my mastermind membersand delivering.

I need to be able to take a step back and be in my own energy in my second line hermit todo the things that I love, but to do them on my own timeline.
And so the exciting new thing that I've been working on in the background has been humandesign reports and

I have been writing, writing, writing these reports so that if you are not ready for aclarity by design session, if you're not ready to invest in a one-on-one session with me,
but you are really interested in understanding more about your own unique human design, Iam writing reports that will be tailored to

what is in your chart.
And that will be something that you can go to my website, you can pull your chart and youwill have an option to buy a human design report that is really comprehensive about your
energy type, which will touch on obviously your strategy, your not self, your signature.
There will also be information about your authority, your centers being defined andundefined.

There is going to be so much information in them.
And this for me supports my second line energy because I'm one, being able to just kind ofsit behind my desk and computer and write and put them together and make them look
beautiful and enjoy that process.

But two, they are going to be available without me needing to do anything else.
So if someone is interested in pulling their human design chart and if they choose,
to buy a report, it is all automated.
It is me being able to generate income from work that I've done once.

Now, absolutely, this is still going to need to be marketed.
I'm still gonna need to talk about it.
These things do not just sit on a website out there somewhere and sell themselves, butthis will help me be able to generate income in my business without
stepping into my fourth line energy all of the time without being face to face withclients all of the time.

And it's been something that I think my experience of the beginning of 2025 has led me toknow that I want to generate income in my business away from one-on-one work.
or away from being behind a screen and always working with clients in this aspect.

That is never going to leave my business altogether at the moment.
Anyway, I should never say never, but being able to pour my energy into my one-on-oneclients and pour my energy into my mastermind members is something that I'm super
passionate about.

but I also want to be able to have that kind of reoccurring income coming into my businessthat is not requiring any more additional work from me at the front end.
Like once these reports are written, yes, no doubt because of my channel of judgment andmy refining and improving and perfecting, I will probably update them every now and again,

but once they are done, they are done.
And the system,
pulls all of the important information from your chart and puts them all together and itis automated, done, and I don't have to do any more work.
And that really excites me.
And I feel like in my business journey, which has been over 20 years, there's always beena want to have more of a low cost offer where I can really have an impact with more people

that...
doesn't include me behind the screen doing Zooms or face-to-face client sessions all ofthe time.
And I've never been able to really put my foot forward in that space until now.
I'm so excited about these human design reports.

I am taking my time because one, I want these reports to sound like me.
I want them to be in my tone.
want them to use the analogies that I use.
I really don't want them to be just like any other information that you can get out therethrough AI or Google or all of those things.

I also want them to be simple.
I don't know if you've been down the human design route yourself or have gone down therabbit hole and wanted to learn all of the things that you can about your own human
design, only to be faced with content and information that is abstract and difficult tounderstand.

So I'm taking the information that I know in the way that I was taught through my humandesign reader training.
and turning that into my own words and simplifying it as much as possible and putting itinto reports for you so that if you aren't quite ready to have a one-on-one session, you

can start with a report and utilize the information that you learn from that, put it intoaction.
And then when you are ready, you can move into a longer form one-on-one session.
So,
I'm really excited about those.
I'm close to finished.
I was hoping that they might have been launched today, but they are not quite there.

But I do believe by the end of this week, um they should be ready to go.
And so that's pretty much a bit of a couple of months update on what has been happening inmy business.
As I said, I am off to Bali in 10 days time.
that will be my full focus on SheKan and our beautiful retreat members.

And I cannot wait for that.
It's like a home away from home where we stay in Bali.
And then I will get back and I will be straight into really my launch strategy for Elevateand Align Mastermind that is opening its doors in July.
And also my new strategy of being more consistent with

aligned the podcast.
