Highlights:
- There are humans so busy suffering and chasing power, money, prestige and all the other things that they end up killing each other for it. (3:05)
- I was making all kinds of claims, but I found a lot of frustration in that that I wasn’t willing to admit. When something wasn’t working I’d turn it on, and judge myself more poorly because what I assumed was the truth wasn’t. (7:15)
- Continue to look and hear with your eyes and ears, find what’s valuable and toss the rest. (35:15)
- If the body is in a negative state then negative thoughts will emerge. (37:20)
- Don’t make the mistake of believing that thoughts are reality. They are just a part of your experience. (44:50)
