The Walt Disney Formula | Rick Jordan

I've got Walt Disney's stock certificate hanging on my wall in my office. One share. Beautiful certificate with all the characters and Walt right in the middle. But it's not there because I'm a Disney fanboy. It's there because of the quote at the bottom. My favorite quote in the world. "The way to get started is to quit talking and begin doing." This is where we all get stuck. Not even kidding. The getting started part. I was speaking to over a hundred chiropractors last week. One woman had just spoken at Funnel Hacking Live in front of 5,000 people. Invited by Russell Brunson himself. And she's telling me she feels stuck. Doesn't know her next steps. I'm like you just spoke at FHL and you think you're stuck. Open your eyes. But here's the thing. People can plan. Even worse people can over plan. You listening right now can over plan things. And you do it every damn day. You overthink stuff. You over plan stuff and it keeps you from moving forward. Whether it's implementing something new at your business or starting something with your kids. All this overplanning keeps you stuck. Dreams are made from actions not excuses. What will you do when all your excuses run out. Because they will. Your excuses only matter for a short moment. That negative self-talk about why you can't start right now. That excuse is going to run out because you'll look around and realize it doesn't work anymore. Now you have to make up something new.
