Meet Sage Rountree:

Sage Rountree (sagerountree.com), PhD, E-RYT 500, is an internationally recognized authority in yoga for athletes and master yoga teacher trainer. She is author of thirteen books including The Athlete's Guide to Recovery, Everyday Yoga, Teaching Yoga Beyond the Poses, The Professional Yoga Teacher's Handbook, and The Art of Yoga Sequencing. And she contributes to Yoga Journal and Runner's World, where she sat on the advisory board for 10 years. Sage hosts the Yoga Teacher Confidential podcast.
 
Sage's work helps yoga teachers reach the top of their game teaching yoga to athletes and to everyone. Sage speaks, teaches workshops, and leads trainings internationally and online at comfortzoneyoga.com, a virtual studio where she offers a mentorship membership and a 300-hour yoga teacher training. She lives in central North Carolina, where she co-owns the Carrboro Yoga Company and Hillsborough Spa and Day Retreat.
