It is not uncommon to hear the phrase “Falling in love.” What if we got used to saying, “Walking in love?” I certainly prefer to walk in love along side my partner instead of fall. Words have power! Paying attention to the language we use is a great healthy habit that helps with spotting red flags in relationships. Meeting someone new can spark so much excitement. It instantly feeds our need for what I call the "Triple A" (attention, acceptance, approval). When we are happy and excited, we can develop blind spots that limit our view of red flags inside of relationships. I believe red flags are notifications telling us to be aware and prepare to protect ourselves with great decisions. In this podcast, I offer 5 tips for spotting red flags in relationships.
