Staind guitarist Mike Mushok is a favorite on the show. He's such a down-to-earth guy, and he's also so focused on the music. It's always fun to talk with him about the legacy of Staind and where the band is heading. Mushok joins Anne Erickson on the show to talk about the band's latest album, "Confessions of the Fallen!" They also talk about the 20th anniversary of Staind's "13 Shades of Grey" album, which dropped in 2003. This was the album that followed up Staind's massive "Break the Cycle" release. It's an interesting piece of Staind's history. Mushok is so great, and this is a fun chat! They even laugh about Staind being the "godfathers" of post-grunge :) Mushok says they're more like the grandkids of the genre!
