When the World Health Organization (WHO) announced that 'Burnout' was a workplace issue, and that it was our own problem to 'treat' and solve, they didn't quite get it right. Sure, doing more yoga, making time for self care, implementing breathing techniques and generally 'finding your zen' are all great tools to deal with your burnout – the idea that WE, as employees, need to manage this at all is pretty backwards.
