Rechtlich ausgeschlossen ist Tierhaltung am Arbeitsplatz nicht. Jedoch bedarf die Haltung eines „Bürohunds" der Erlaubnis des Arbeitgebers. Dieser allein hat das Hausrecht. So weit, so klar. Doch wie so häufig steckt der Teufel auch in Sachen Bürohund im juristischen Detail. Längst nicht jeder Chef nämlich ist ein Hundeliebhaber. Und auch unter sonst umgänglichen Kollegen finden sich veritable Hundehasser.
