Inflationsprämie 3000 Euro Inflations-Bonus für Mitarbeiter – müssen Arbeitgeber jetzt zahlen? Der Gesetzgeber hat eine Inflationsprämie von bis zu 3000 Euro beschlossen. Arbeitgeber können sie seit dem 26.10. steuerfrei an ihre Teammitglieder auszahlen. Um Arbeitnehmerinnen und Arbeitnehmer angesichts der steigenden Lebenshaltungskosten zu entlasten, hat die Regierung eine Inflationsausgleichsprämie beschlossen. Die zahlt allerdings nicht der Staat, sondern Unternehmen an ihre Mitarbeiter – auf freiwilliger Basis. Mit bis zu 3000 Euro können Arbeitgeber ihre Beschäftigten unterstützen, steuer- und sozialversicherungsfrei.
