Probearbeiten, auch bekannt als Praktikum, ist eine Möglichkeit für Arbeitgeber und Arbeitnehmer, sich gegenseitig kennenzulernen, bevor eine feste Anstellung angeboten wird. Es ist wichtig zu beachten, dass Probearbeiten in der Regel eine unbezahlte Tätigkeit ist, die vom potenziellen Arbeitnehmer ausgeführt wird. Immer wieder kommt es zu Streitigkeiten, wenn ein potentieller Bewerber für einen Arbeitsplatz für einen oder mehrere Tage Probe arbeitet.
