Rückzahlungsvereinbarungen für vom Arbeitgeber übernommene Fortbildungskosten sind eine gute Möglichkeit, die manchmal erheblichen Kosten abzusichern, wenn der Mitarbeiter mit den frisch erworbenen Kenntnissen das Unternehmen verlässt. Es reicht aber nicht aus, einfach die Rückzahlung mit einem kurzen Zusatz zum Arbeitsvertrag festzulegen.
