28: Bethany Cameron (@lilsipper) - All things Gut Health

You probably know Bethany Cameron from her massively successful Instagram @Lilsipper which is filled with the most creative gut-friendly recipes. You may not know that she was once on her death bed due to severe gut issues. In this episode, Bethany shares her health journey and some of the protocols she did to heal, as well as a deep dive into common gut irritants that might be hiding in your “healthy” food, and healing foods you can integrate to support your gut.

 Bethany’s Bio: Gut health guru, Bethany Cameron (more commonly known as @lilsipper on Instagram) almost died from a severe combination of gut issues such as gastroparesis, candida, parasites, yeast overgrowth, and colitis and overcame them through a natural and holistic approach without medication or feeding tubes. She now is a cookbook author, host of the popular podcast Digest This, and creator of the well-known Instagram @lilsipper where she helps others overcome their own gut issues and shines light on the food industry and how it's making us sick. She is not shy to tell it like it is, holding nothing back when it comes to what's truly going on in our food system. Bethany is also has her own line of gut healthy supplements called Bethany's Pantry for those needing gut health support and / or sensitive to most thing on the market today. Bethany resides in Southern California and lives with her husband where she continues to help those in need all while sharing her own journey on Instagram.
