We love the idea of “Let Them.”

Let them judge you. Let them walk away. Let them misunderstand you.

But when you're actually in it—when someone ghosts you, talks behind your back, or oversteps your boundary—it doesn’t feel empowering. It feels like rejection. Or worse, like you're white knuckling "let themmmmmm" so hard, you think your head might explode.
