From what I gathered there were 3 big takeaways from the conference:

YouTube Organic is the hot thing for B2B. 

According to statista, approximately 500 hours of content is uploaded to youtube every minute. Which could sound like too much, and how could you stand out.

But there are a lot of consumers: about 2.6 Billion Users worldwide
And YouTube is the Second most popular search engine in the world only after Google, which owns YouTube. Which enables searching on google to find YouTube videos easier
And the last intense statistic that everyday people watch 1 billions hours of video on YouTube

So when someone says that there is too much on YouTube, just remember that 1/3 of the population goes on YouTube and 1 billion hours of video are consumed a day. 

Here are some pro tips for success:
A face is easier to get traction for than a random company name
Value over the best camera. You don’t need the $10,000 camera to have success on YouTube. People mainly go on YouTube for 1 of 3 reasons, to get entertained, informed or inspired. When you create content on YouTube it should hit 1 or more of these types of content consistently and that’s how you can grow and make impact. 

The next point that was discussed: was the power of dicing and redistributing content

Many professionals believe that when they have to create content, they have to do so every day from the start. But that is not true.

The last point that was discussed was the power of short form video in terms of YT shorts and TikTok

It is now about interest grabbing the person not just because of a following or subscriber account. 

• It is the amount of interest and attention you can capture and keep through your creation’s merit.
• That being said, short form video is so digestible and quick that it can be consumed so much and so quick, enabling more views in a quicker amount of time, and increasing the chances for potential virality. 

Whereas TikTok they want to see what is entertaining, informational or inspirational QUICKLY. When a creator figures that out, it dramatically helps their growth.
