Deniece Pearson - aka Five Star queen

Deniece joins Genevieve to reminisce about her rise to fame in the '80s alongside her siblings in smash hit pop group Five Star.     

She talks about growing up in the public eye as a teenager, massive shoulder pads, making history winning a Brit Award and the infamous Going Live! phone-in incident.     

Deniece also opens up about the backlash the group faced after letting cameras into their mansion home and why the family moved to California to escape the press.     

Plus she talks about how she's forged her own varied path outside of Five Star, her "Denaissance" and her new Chrismas single.
