Robbie Coltrane once said, "I sometimes worry that all the beautiful things have been made."
One of his first memorable roles in a film was in Nuns on the Run in 1990. Eventually, he would land a supporting role in the James Bond franchise that featured Pierce Brosnan as Agent 007. He appeared in both Goldeneye (1995) and The World Is Not Enough (1999). His biggest break yet came when he was cast as Hagrid, the gentle half-giant, in author J.K. Rowling's film adaptations of the Harry Potter series.
