Leading The Next Generation of Talent

Our next generation of talent is technologically savvy, likes informality, embraces diversity, learns quickly, yet needs supervision. Their learned behavior and attitude patterns are relatively different compared to previous generations. Can traditional leadership approaches and behaviors be adopted to lead this next generation of talent, or will new approaches have to be mastered to best adhere to their skill sets and way of learning?
