Managing Distributed Projects

IT projects, when executed in a distributed environment i.e. by geographically separated teams, face a number of issues. Moreover, with the advent of offshore outsourcing, these issues are becoming more obvious. Every vendor touts its own delivery model based on its internal experience and expertise.
