¡Bienvenidas! Espero que se encuentren muy bien, que estés pasando un día espectacular. En este episodio estaré hablando de la tristeza con una óptica positiva, ya que muchas veces esta emoción puede estar mal entendida, unos la consideran negativa, así que vengo en su defensa a explicar porqué de la misma manera que puede tornarse muy dañina, también puede ser muy beneficiosa para nuestra vida. Te doy tips para poder manejarla y usarla a tu favor.
