Today we consider the concept of work in Ukrainian culture and get busy doing what needs to be done in our own lives. Since it's human nature to procrastinate, we take time to acknowledge any feelings that might be getting in our way and bring compassion and support to our next steps.

1. Contact your elected representatives, regardless of where you live. Tell them you support Ukraine. Hold them accountable to do the same!
