If you’ve ever given more of your time, money or energy to an area of your life than you initially intended, it’s likely that you breached your own boundary or never even had a boundary in the first place. When we continue to erode our own personal boundaries, we can lose our sense of self, which in turn can make it really hard to answer the question “Who am I, and what do I like?” Today's guest had that experience of hitting totally empty and burnt out. She then went on to rediscover herself and establish better boundaries creating a more fuelled up life.
