Welcome to the Do Better Revolution Podcast! For our inaugural episode, I sit down with Dr. Becky Martinez, a fellow organizational change consultant who applies a social justice advocacy lens to help organizations (and individuals) get back to their humanity.

In this episode, we discuss:

  • The nuances of what it means to “do better.”
  • Expanding beyond mind-work and engaging with soul-work to catalyze organizational shifts.
  • Discovering and naming your purpose.
  • The organic unfolding of one’s path once purpose is acknowledged.
  • The liberation that comes with living authentically.
