It is so easy for us to lose sight of what is most important in our lives. Today is a short and sweet one for you. But I wanted to share this powerful mindfulness tool with you called the Zooming Out practice.  Being able to zoom out gives you perspective. The ability to gain clarity and serenity to help you see your place in the world and see all the illusions of life and all the things that we actually prioritise don’t really matter. Being able to zoom out has the power to help you see that you truly have nothing to lose!
