TreBlac is a young producer working hard to be his best. This kid has already put out two albums (actually three…we explain in the episode) and many singles... He's constantly trying to improve on his skills. This dude ended up becoming a lyricist and rapper thanks to the Imperial Valley lacking in talent…according to him (NOT US!). He brought those skills to the San Diego scene for you guys.

He features a few tracks from his latest album "Arcania" and tells us an emotional story behind the reprise of "With Me" at the end of the album. Even before telling that story TreBlac shares that one of his best influences in writing is heartbreak. We touch on Fruity loops, a.k.a. FL Studio, to Big Jon's delight, and hear many blind jokes were made at Cory's expense. We had so much fun chatting with Trevor in this episode.

13:06 – "What Up"
30:48 – "With Me (Reprise)"
41:25 – "Summer 95 (feat. Megan Steinke)"

The Male Room with Dr. Jesse Mills

The Male Room with Dr. Jesse Mills

As Director of The Men’s Clinic at UCLA, Dr. Jesse Mills has spent his career helping men understand their bodies, their hormones, and their health. Now he’s bringing that expertise to The Male Room — a podcast where data-driven medicine meets common sense. Each episode separates fact from hype, science from snake oil, and gives men the tools to live longer, stronger, and happier lives. With candor, humor, and real-world experience from the exam room and the operating room, Dr. Mills breaks down the latest health headlines, dissects trends, and explains what actually works — and what doesn’t. Smart, straightforward, and entertaining, The Male Room is the show that helps men take charge of their health without the jargon.
