Ep 90. On this episode we are grateful to have Heidi Herman. Her Mantra, Keep Moving, Keep Doing, Keep Living. That's how she’s learned to live her life. During her 30 years as a telecommunication consultant, writing was an intricate part of every day. In 2017, she co-authored a cookbook, "Homestyle Icelandic Cooking for American Kitchens" with her mother, which won a US category in The Gourmand World Cookbook Awards that year. She continues to write, including her new Cookbook “Hidden Vegetables”.
