This is where we reflect on how we could have handled past situations better. Taking ownership of our ego-driven tendencies is all apart of the growth process..DO NOT SKIP THIS PART OF THE SPIRITUAL PROCESS. If you do, you may develop into what I have termed the 'Awakened Asshole'. The person who is vegan, recycles, and donates to charity who is the same person not sharing their material wealth, ignorant about their privilege, or abuses their status. Perfect example is Bikram, (Netflix doc Bikram: Yogi, Guru, Predator).
