Welcome to the Ego Mama segment where we talk about all things Mamahood (Parenthood). As 2019 comes to an end, I decided to reflect and share with you all on what I've learned thus far while being a mama. In addition, I have two very special guests Itzel and Claudia, the ladies of the Well-Mamas Counseling Center in San Diego, CA. Together we talk about how they saw a need for better mental healthcare for parents. Both Itzel and Claudia agree that though progress has been made, they still hope to do more for checking in on the wellness of all parents.
