Joe Liberatore has served as CEO since 2022 and president since 2012. His previous roles include Kforce Interactive president, Chief Sales Officer, Chief Talent Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
Joe is superb example of what I refer to as a “Strategic Executive,” a senior leader who has a firm grasp on current industry best-practices and business operations and is also “Professionally Curious,” which means he studies emerging business trends and cutting edge technologies that can better position his organization in an ever changing business environment.
Joe champions innovation and his vision and commitment to excellence led the firm through two transformative ages: the dot com era and the Corona Virus pandemic. Kforce experienced significant growth in response to both transformations, largely due to Joe’s strong leadership and unequaled knowledge of the Staffing Industry.
