In today's episode, I'm talking about why healing isn't about never hurting again. Just like physical wounds, emotional healing requires time, protection, and intentional care. Even when you've worked through something, and you feel healed and closed, something is bound to open that wound back up from time to time!
Setting boundaries and giving yourself space can really help with emotional healing, especially when you're just beginning the healing process. Remember, healing isn't about never hurting again. No matter where you are on your healing journey, you are NOT broken.
