Immer mehr Menschen in unserer Gesellschaft fühlen sich einsam. Dabei ist Einsamkeit ein Risikofaktor für alle möglichen psychischen und physischen Probleme. Nicht nur im Alter, wo häufig soziale Isolation die Ursache ist und beispielswesie Demenz begünstigt, sondern auch bei jungen Menschen mitten im Leben, die zwar viele Kontakte haben aber keine wirklich engen Bindungen. Im Podcast beleuchten wir verschiedene Formen von Einsamkeit und gehen darauf ein, wie du deine Einsamkeit reduzieren oder loswerden kannst und dabei vielleicht sogar dazu beiträgst, dass jemand anderes nicht mehr einsam ist.
