Have you noticed how extreme business, marketing and strategy advice can be on the internet at times?
I remember when I first started my business, there seemed to be these extremes of people telling you that you ALWAYS need to do a certain strategy or you can NEVER do a certain strategy. And it really hasn't changed much over the years!
There's one strategy in particular that I still see people advising either it's the best way to do things or it's something you should never be doing in your business, and it seems to be the one where people are either all for it or completely against it...
That is doing single sessions as a service-based business provider, as someone who works in a coaching or mentoring space. Either the advice is never to do single sessions, or you should always offer single sessions.
In today's episode of the podcast, I want to break down the strategic role of single sessions and why it's never an all or nothing, why there's always a place where we can find a reason to be doing single sessions, and some times where you might decide not to offer them.
