Hello and welcome to my fifth installment of the Human Design Powered Business Podcast,where I talk about the six essential elements of having a human design powered business.

And we come to the fifth element, which is about profits and why I put these elements in,because my philosophy is really to bring together proven business strategy that
will help you move forward in the online environment with, by marketing yourself, bybringing clients to you and being able to find a way for the right kind of clients to say

yes to you.
And you have a business that you are, that's founded upon your beautiful value andexchanging that in a sustainable way that doesn't drain your energy, that doesn't drain
your bank balance, that...
allows you to get more flow with way less effort.
So profits are a big part of that, Like there's a lot of money talk in, in the world ofonline business and digital marketing and entrepreneurship in general and making that a

real metric of success.
And of course it is because, it does help you, grow your business to have more influence,to have more prosperity.

but you have, a chance to keep the lion's share of that in a way that sustains you to domore good work without burning out, to be in higher service of your audience and those you

do serve, So.
to me, it's really essential in a lot of the work I've done over the last kind of 15 yearssince I came into online, business and jumped out of corporate.
And that is in creating, The growth marketing foundations of, your communications, yourmessaging, your differentiation, your positioning in the market.

and also that value proposition of your offer.
So how do you price those offers?
What do you offer?
What is the scope and the delivery of those offers?
All of those things can radically influence your profit.
And that's what I want to open up in this fifth element of a human design poweredbusiness.
And really having that fifth element there will

give you so much opportunity to sustain yourself in business, Because it's very easy toget off track from profits.
Even in fact, I was speaking with a former client yesterday, just looking at someopportunities for her and her business.
a lot of the elements there, her offer was like, great, okay, this is a proven offer.

She'd been selling it for,
successfully for, I don't know, maybe even eight, nine years.
Since she first worked together with me in her mastermind, right?
And she had been putting that out there and it had been working for a long time.
And in fact, seven figure revenue business.
So the offer is definitely aligned and it's right.
But where we want to look at it in terms of profits is how is it being priced?

How is it being delivered?
Are we making the most of those elements to ensure that we've got cash flowing through thebusiness, that we've got ease, that we've got opportunity to serve our clients at the
highest level, that we have the messaging that's calling in the right clients who can sayyes more easily with less cost of acquiring those clients?
All of these elements come in and you'll be surprised to know that there's some elementswithin your human design that will help make that happen.

and align with your true nature so that that can feel more easeful and abundant, Thingslike how you make your offers, how you create your offers, how you deliver them, how you
message them.
And also hidden potential in your offer that you're probably not even seeing because it'sembedded.

And that's what I help my clients unlock when I help them embrace these elements to createyour solution.
And I call it solution, S-O-U-L-U-T-I-O-N, So your SOULution is about
bringing together all of these elements.
So not only do you have a greater awareness and understanding of how to sync your businesswith your soul purpose and the way you're uniquely different, how you can make better

decisions, but also how you can make more money living your true nature, okay, and howthat comes to be because
It's great if you know your purpose, but there's a lot of people out there who do knowtheir purpose, who have done a lot of work on themselves and mindset work, yet they're not
aligning with the right business model for them.
They're not clear on what those steps are and not creating the right offers, not pricingthem correctly, not delivering them correctly.

Maybe you've expanded your team and your costs are out of control.
What we worked out yesterday was it was costing her more to acquire a client in that onemonth than she was getting.
in the bank when they the clients took a payment plan yet what was informing that was thatclients wouldn't wouldn't pay more and then she wouldn't get as many clients so there's

there can be some of those elements where we're getting taken and pulled off of our pathand and it affects our profits so we want to have that profit alignment
and your design can definitely inform that as well as wedding it with proven onlinemarketing strategy and that's what this fifth element is all about.
