I'm Victoria Gibson and every week I am sharing how you can harness your human design tounlock more flow, leverage and opportunity within your business
So let's dive in.
Hello and welcome back to episode three in this kickoff series, to the six essentialelements of a human design powered business.

(00:25):
And this is the third essential element that we're covering in these overview episodeswhere I'm celebrating kicking off the human design powered business podcast.
If you haven't listened to the first two, you can go back.
They will be there for you where we talked about.
The first two elements, first being path, the second being your program.

(00:46):
And the third is what I will call your personality.
Okay.
And this as it relates to your human design and your journey in business so that you canfind more, fun fulfillment and freedom and sink in with your purpose in business, And you
can enjoy soul deep success and the profits that come from that.

(01:07):
Then we're talking about areas of your human design, largely your profile and yourconscious sun, what is called your conscious sun.
So if you haven't got your human design handy or you haven't looked into it before, noproblem.

Go there, you'll be able to see your conscious sun is the top.
right hand corner, that number there.
And as we go on the journey, we'll go into more of that detail of what that could mean foryou.
But for now, we're giving you an overview of how these elements make up a lot of how youcan attract more people to your business, but how you're seen, how you're perceived, and,

(01:52):
you know, related to by others as well.
We talked in the last episode about your program or that true nature, that type in humandesign, it's often referred to whether you're, hey, I'm a generator, I'm a manifesting
generator.
Well, there's another layer, which is your profile.
And that is more akin to who you are in your personality.

(02:14):
It's a bit more like your style of personality and how people relate to that.
and they're unique kind of threads that run through that, that give us some opportunityand also some chance for resistance and some downfalls.
So in human design, my profile is a five one and the five is in my conscious and the oneis in my unconscious.

(02:36):
And now you don't need to know all the nuance of that just yet, but, you probably alreadydo if you're listening anyway, but
with a line five in my five one profile, that can be seen as a practical teacher assomeone of influence, but the downside can be that people want to project a lot of their
problems onto me, I can attract people in more of a victim state.

(02:59):
So you can kind of see how, these elements where if you if that
can be a natural element of your profile or personality or how you've seen.
the influence and teacher part is great, but then if people are looking to you to solvesome of their deeper problems that perhaps are not your business to solve.
then you can get in a loop of over delivery, over commitment, of being the savior to theirvictim, which is never going to end well.

(03:27):
And, I've definitely seen that over my years in business where, you want to deliver andyou want to create these great outcomes.
But there's an element with the line five where other people were projecting a lot oftheir stuff onto you.
And you can end up having some of these fall from grace moments from that or find that
that it does lead to a lot of, discontent in your business in endlessly trying to rescueothers while in, you can be drowning yourself.

(03:54):
So know that if you have a line five in either of your profile types and you can see, Imean, your profile sides, your conscious or your unconscious.
So mine's five as my conscious, one as my unconscious.
So for you, there might be a five in, you may be a three five.
So it's in your unconscious.
So if there is a five within your profile type, then you will likely see that expressed.

(04:15):
So I'm not going to go into each and every one of those profiles, but just know that theydo, give you an insight and an understanding of how you are here to, show up in your
business, how you're here to build teams, how you are here to do your marketing.
And another place to look to that is.

(04:36):
your conscious sun, is, it's a 70 % expression of who you are and how others see you andhow others feel you and relate to you.
the beauty of the conscious sun is that gate that is displayed there on your chart willgive you a lot of insight and understanding into

(04:56):
how you likely see yourself and how others likely see yourself as well.
But it is also the heart of your personal brand in business.
So not only will it be about your personality, it's gonna be how you share that inbusiness and how you really show up to make things happen and share the biggest energetic
gift, So that will give rise to a lot of

(05:18):
that third essential element of your personality.
So you really want to have a level of awareness of how that can be in human design becausesometimes we're not exactly living according to how we're wired, Oftentimes.
And why that happens is a lot of these influences that might be from within or generallythey're shaped outside of ourselves.

(05:40):
family conditioning, society, who people tell us to be, our own kind of expectations as weview the world through our experiences as well and relating to people.
So know that it's beautiful as we contemplate, what is my profile in human design?
How does that show up in relation to other profiles?

(06:01):
What are some of the traits and the hallmarks of that?
And what are some of the more shadow sides of that?
Which are all always expressed everywhere, Like light and shade.
That's, human nature is life and death.
There is always dark and light and shadow and strength.
And that's what I love about as we contemplate using, whatever tool you like, but I reallyfind that human design

(06:23):
has those multi-level layers that you can apply to business and allow you to really defineand shape your business, like your delivery, how you show up, a lot of your marketing for
a lot better results with less effort.
another element within your design that is going to really help you express thatpersonality is within your conscious mercury, within your human design too.

(06:48):
So
where that shows up that can really give you an insight into how best to share, what kindof platforms you want to share, your content, the type of content, your communications, a
lot of your messaging will be displayed there too.
So that comes under that essential element of personality and understanding that for you.

(07:09):
So
Definitely have a look into that.

So having that path, that beautiful life theme or incarnation crosses the first element.
The second element being your program, which is your unique type, but your energy type inhuman design.
And then the third, that personality, right?
And the real heart and value of that, which can be seen in your human design profile.

your conscious sun and your conscious mercury.
