Creating content consistently can feel like an uphill battle. From brainstorming ideas to distributing the final piece, the entire process can be daunting. However, with the advent of AI tools, content creators now have the ability to streamline their workflow and enhance their creative processes. In this episode, we explore a variety of AI tools that are revolutionizing the way we create, edit, and distribute content across various platforms. Whether you're a solo creator or part of a larger team, these insights will help you produce content more efficiently and effectively.

A Simple Framework for Content Creation

Creating content involves several steps — planning, creation, and distribution, each with its own set of challenges. Many creators struggle with coming up with fresh ideas, organizing their thoughts, and ensuring their content reaches the intended audience effectively. This episode outlines a straightforward three-step framework to address these challenges using powerful AI tools, making the process more manageable and less time-consuming.

The Planning Phase

In the planning phase, AI can offer tremendous help in organizing thoughts and generating new content ideas. Tools like ChatGPT and Oasis can transform random thoughts into structured outlines, while other tools can gather audience insights which can inform content topics. Useful links include:

Hey, do you ever feel like you are stuckwhen it comes to content creating content?

(00:04):
So the planning, like what do I make,um, how about the creation phase?
Like how do I make it and how do Ido it effectively and efficiently?
And how about, uh, maybehow do I get it out there?
How do I distribute it?
How do I make all thesevarieties of content effectively?
Well, what I'm going to do in thisepisode is walk you through a very
simple process and give you a bunchof tools, AI tools that are free.

(00:28):
There are some paid elements, butthis whole process, by the end of
this episode, we'll get you started.
Planning creating and thendistributing and marketing
your content very effectively.
This is also great for your team to know.
So pass this along to them.
Uh, without further ado, let's go.
In today's world, online customers, and everybody expect personalized

(00:52):
support on every channel and in everyway they want it done right now.
But the problem is most solutionsout there don't allow that to happen.
They're not delivering.
So your customer service reps arestruggling to stay productive and your
customers honestly, just aren't ashappy as they probably want somewhere.
Now's the time to change that thisis exactly why there's a new AI

(01:14):
powered service hub from HubSpot.
The service hub actually allows you tobring this type of level of service and
success together for the first time.
So you can deliver.
On the expectations that peoplewere expecting and actually it's
boosting revenue along the way.
The reps that are using servicehub from HubSpot right now
are reporting 13 times faster.

(01:36):
To help them resolve tickets.
And also it helps them close somethinglike 42% more tickets per day.
So that basically means that you'realso retaining people at a much higher
rate, and they're saying more than 80%.
not only that you're getting this full360 view of your customers in this smart
CRM that basically helps and supportsyou in the marketing sales and service

(01:58):
delivery and success of your team, but also making the experience much
better for your customer, which boostsyour revenue and your business growth.
Go and visit hubspot.com/service tolearn how this all new solution can
help you deliver for your customers.
. Before we get into the tools and all these things and how to do stuff, Uh, which is a

(02:22):
really easy way to get lost, you know, inthe days of, uh, well, the days where now
there's AI tools for everything, there'snew ones being released all the time.
It's hard to keep up with it.
So the last thing I want to do isoverwhelm you with more shiny objects.
What I want to do is take a stepback and tell you about this simple
framework, this three phased approachfor creating, or it's actually planning.

(02:44):
That's the first phasecreating as the second.
And the third isdistributing and marketing.
Putting your contentout there effectively.
And I'm not talking about justcreate content to create content.
I feel like there's somuch noise right now.
Everybody can create content.
It's getting easier and easier.
The real, uh, the, the, the goldhonestly, is, is in the planning phase.

(03:07):
It's also in the strategy on how youget it in front of the right people.
And that's maybe a deeperepisode that we'll get into.
I want to keep this one tight.
So it's simple for you tounderstand you feel empowered and
also you can empower your team.
So I'm going to showsome visuals in this one.
It's also going to work on audio.
But, uh, if you do have theopportunity, go to YouTube, go look

(03:28):
up my name, Joe Fier, G O E F I E R.
And go find the YouTube channeland this video hit subscribe,
like all that fun stuff.
Let me know.
You're there.
But that will show you the visual.
So you can see all the different tools.
So very first thing.
Let's talk about the steps planningstep number one is the planning phase.
This is where a lot of peopleget kind of stuck, you know,

(03:51):
it's that blank page syndrome.
So let's solve that.
There's a couple of ways I loveto do it and I love to rebel.
So what you see right here is Chad GPTright now, and this is on my web browser.
You can't necessarily do thison the web browser, but this
is going to be using the.
Uh, the app on your phone, you candownload a chat GPT app and there

(04:13):
is a voice feature in there thatyou can literally ramble into.
So what I'll do is ramble good.
You know, maybe it's five minutes,10 minutes sometimes, and ramble.
My thoughts, you know, these are thethoughts that I think can become content.
You know, it could be a podcastepisode, a, an email, like a newsletter.
It could be a promotion I'm thinkingof like with sequences of emails,

(04:35):
The point is, is to capture thatinto something and then allow AI
to help structure your thoughts.
And if you're using chat GBT, it's free.
Uh, you can then, you know, prompt it tohelp organize your thoughts, you know,
like say like, Hey, put this into a, you.
You know, a framework fora solo podcast episode or.

(04:56):
Maybe there.
Um, you know, like I said, for anemail, maybe there's a framework or
a flow for an email you like, or asequence of messages, a blog post.
That's all possible.
It's capturing your thoughts.
Use chat GPT for that.
Another couple of tools that you canuse to ramble into one I've talked
about before is the Oasis app.
So it's called the oasis.com.

(05:19):
This is essentially made for rambling.
You would just hit record.
You could use the phone app, oryou can use the desktop app, and
essentially you can ramble up tolike 10 minutes, and then it's going
to spit out a bunch of differentnext steps, organizations of your.
Our thought organization.
It doesn't really make sense.
You get what I mean?
Um, so it's going toorganize your thoughts.

(05:40):
So you can then do something withthose things it's going to help you
kind of create, or at least leadyou towards the creation phase.
Now I will say one of thetools I'll recommend shortly.
And you probably heard me talk about this.
I've had the founder on Ramon.
And also Greg from theircommunity is cast magic.
So one of my favorite tools, they also have a capture,
like a ramble capture option.

(06:02):
It's only on the app.
I don't, I think it's just iOS.
It could be an Android.
But it's only on the phone as ofnow, uh, they don't have a web
interface capture option, so itdepends on however you like to ramble.
Um, if you need to go on the desktopto ramble, I would say the Oasis.
App is the best, but if you want tocapture on the fly, uh, either chat, GPT

(06:24):
or cast magic would do the trick for you.
Another thing you can do in theplanning phase is to source information
from your audience and from others.
So a couple of ways to do that.
There's this page right here, that I setup, that you can even test out it's at
speak pipe.com/hustle and flow chart.
So speak pipe.

(06:45):
That's a speak.
P I p.com.
It's a free thing to start.
And what you can do isdirect people to this page.
Like this one, you're looking at.
And you can prompt them to hitrecord and have them leave a
voicemail for you up to 90 seconds.
I think it is for free.
And then what you could do is you canprompt them for what you want to hear.

(07:07):
You know, maybe it's, uh, it'sgiven in the podcast or an email.
And this could be content that youactually put inside your content, or
it could be something you just want tohear feedback responses, ideas for new
content right here in voice message.
And you can express.
Uh, export those, uh, audiosand do what you will with us.

(07:27):
Another option.
And this is another free option inone that I want you to engage with.
So this is a little inception thing here.
Is using Google forms.
We've probably all created a Google form.
Uh, this one that you're looking atis at hustleandflowchart.com/onething.
That's.
Oh, N E thing.

(07:48):
hustleandflowchart.com/onething.
This I want you to do so, pleasepause and go here really quick is
what is the one thing or one topic?
That you want me to cover in moredepth or maybe have a guest invite
them on to cover in more depth.
And I just want to know that onething, that's all it is and that
single most important topic.

(08:09):
And, um, and that would allow me to thenhear from you of what content to create.
You see what I'm doing there.
So.
You could do the samething with your audience.
You can post something likethis to other people's audience.
And then what you can do is get anexport of all the responses and like a
CSV form, depending on how many you get.

(08:30):
And you can upload that back tochat GPT, or you can take it to
Claude and have it analyze thoseresponses and find some commonalities.
Pull out the things that peopleare saying most often and
then create content on that.
So that's the planning phase in anutshell, don't assume you have all
the, the answers, but if you do, if youfeel like you do ramble them out, if you

(08:51):
don't then go ask and it's always goodto ask of course, and definitely, you
know, go to hustle and flowchart.com/onething I do honestly want to hear from
you because it helps me make more.
Uh, content like this one, because this was a requested.
Um, topic is content creation.
Hey I'm going to pause the episode reallyfast and shoutout another show that's

(09:13):
on the podcast network over at HubSpot.
It's the audio destinationfor business professionals.
This is Mistakes That MadeMe, it's hosted by Eman Ismail
She is interviewing successfulbusiness owners and talking about,
Hey, what are those mistakes?
What are the failures?
What are the things that you hate totalk about that we can all learn from?

(09:33):
I mean, like with piano it's do youlike to talk about your mistakes?
Probably not.
Well, that's what she's talkingabout and it's going to be there.
It is there waiting for you to listen,so you can learn from those lessons
and learn how to get past them ornavigate around those big boulders
on your own journey to success.
So, Go listen to Mistakes That MadeMe wherever you get your podcasts.

(09:55):

Again, that's hustle andflowchart.com/k a R T R a.

(10:42):
Okay.
Now we're going to getinto the creation phase.
So that was the planning phase.
Now we're going to get intocreation and what I do to create
this, that you're looking at rightnow, this visual and audio podcast
is using this tool de script.
So it's a great way.
And to not only capture, but to edit,it has a ton of AI features in there.
Won't go into all the detailsnow, but go check it out.

(11:05):
You can try it for free as well.
Um, you can get your team in there.
It's awesome.
So best tool to capture, then edit for podcasts.
And a lot of creators are using Descript.
Another tool I've been usinglately is called screen studio.
So screen.studio.
This is awesome.
And, uh, I don't know if it has AI builtin, but what this will do is it just makes

(11:28):
screen recording, literally beautiful.
Like it does all these cuts in and out.
It just makes it look super pro.
So if you're doing any kind of screencapture tutorials, demo videos, maybe a.
Proposal the clients are things.
Use this it's pretty inexpensive.
Uh, you can try it for free again, but then you have to pay it.
I think, to export do all these things.

(11:49):
I love it.
It's been great.
It's been wowing.
A lot of people.
And it's great for training as well.
If you're creating courses.
Uh, screen studio.
I wish I had this like 10 years ago.
I mean, it would havesaved me so much time.
All right, moving on.
So this is, this is how Iwould capture video and audio.
Now what, if you don't have that andyou want, maybe you have some texts
or you have ideas that you've rambledor you got ideas for, and now you want

(12:12):
to create amazing audio really easily.
There's this tool that I literallyjust found out about the other day.
I haven't heard anybody talkabout it's called wonder craft.
So wonder craft.ai is a place where youcould start for free and check this out.
You can.
With text and text only.
You can use this to helpyou write our create audios.

(12:35):
Like podcasts, like audio books, meditations, even there's all
these different things you can do.
Um, so if we're going into, let's see here, I'm just going
to scroll down really fast.
You can create podcasts with this.
So, um, what, how this worksessentially is you can train your voice.
So there's a separate way totrain your voice called 11

(12:57):
labs, a company that does it.
It doesn't take more than maybe aminute or two of you speaking into
an audio and then you upload it.
And literally now the AI can modulateyour voice and then train it in a way.
So when you give wonder craft, inthis case, a script, a text script,

(13:18):
it can now voice it in your voice, your natural voice with the cadence
and have this perfect studio quality.
And then it outputs.
Podcasts, it can output any othertypes of audio's there's meditations.
Uh, I saw that they have as well.
Um, it's going to basically, you could see it right here.
There's all these differenttemplates that you can use, different

(13:38):
advertisements, um, different, differenttypes of things that you can use.
Audio.
Try it out.
If you're trying to createaudio of any form, this thing
is a quick way to get it done.
Now.
How about you want to createvideo and base that off of texts.
So like, let's say again, youhave written text and you want
to create audio or sorry, video.

(14:01):
It could be audio as well.
Well, now you have thistool Hagen, H E Y G E n.com.
And this is a way to makestudio quality videos using
avatars that are trained on you.
So now you can upload a videoof yourself and into Hagen.
It's going to learn what you look likeand kind of some of your movements, and

(14:21):
now you can feed it a script and then itcranks out a video that looks like you.
It's obviously not perfectlyyou, but it is pretty dang good.
Um, Hagan is the toolyou want to use for that.
So a lot of different use cases, check all these tools out.
There's so many ways to usethis, to create content quickly.

(14:42):
Now what if you want to makemusic based off of scripts?
Well, there's this one herecalled suno.com S U N o.com.
And what you can do is, and thisis again, you can try it for free.
All you need to do is prompt it witha little bit of text and then it
will crank out a song that literallycan have lyrics in any format or any

(15:06):
kind of, um, Type of music that youwant and it will make it for you.
Uh, let me, let me just show you alittle, actually, I'm not a fan of
the text at all on here, because itgoes against what I would even want
to do, but I did this super fast.
All I did is I said, Hey, I want to makea beachy chill song with groovy beats
that is made for entrepreneurs, listeningto the hustle and flow chart podcast.

(15:28):
Uh, let's let's hear whatit had to, what it did here.
I'm just gonna click this and hit play.

(15:59):
So it's not totally my jam, nor doI, would I ever want to sit on the
laptop, uh, with, on the beach.
And, um, work has never done.
I mean, there's definitely lyrics in herethat I don't like, but think about this.
So as SUNO now, you can create.
Uh, you can create any kind of music, you know, maybe it's a theme for your

(16:21):
podcast or for your anything else.
You can make an instrumental, which is probably what I would do.
Uh, but try this out because youget the rights to these as well.
SUNO pretty dang epic, and it'sdone really quickly as well.
All right.
Last one to create videos isanother tool called invideo.io.
So I N video.io.

(16:43):
And it's exactly whatit says on screen here.
If you're not seeing it, you cancreate videos with text prompts.
And what this will do is you giveit a script or you can prompt it.
And there's a lot of ways to,to, you know, dial things in.
It will now source a bunch of B rolland also put text over your video
and give you the rights to that.
Once you export it.

(17:04):
So that's in video.io.
It's pretty dang epic.
So lots of ways you can take a writtentext, like what you did in the planning
phase, take it into this creation phase, and then you can crank out videos.
You can crank out audios, you can crank out music.
Now there's all different ways to create.
In this creation phase, using these AI tools.

(17:26):
All right, now let's get into thedistribution phase, the marketing phase.
So let's say you havesome of these tools now.
What do you do with it?
A couple of ways to go about things.
And these are tools I've talkedabout before, but again, in this
sequence of, you know, the threebuckets, it makes more sense to them.
Put them back in here.
Opus clip.
Um, or this is opus.pro.

(17:46):
So O P U s.pro P R O.
Is probably like the biggestnamed one in this space.
And what they do is essentiallyyou can upload video and it will
then identify different clips.
And different links, videos.
It could be short videos, you know,it could be vertical, it could

(18:07):
be horizontal, whatever you want.
It's going to identify these using AIand try to pick out the ones that are
going to be most engaging most viral.
And it will actually overlaythe, uh, some B roll.
It can overlay the subtitles and animate.
It helps cut.
It has an editor built in.
That's pretty dang awesome.

(18:28):
And even has a social posting, aautomated tool built into this thing.
So literally you can now take whatyou made in the creation phase.
If it's audio or video, mainly video being best.
Plug it into here.
And then now it's going to trim andchop all these different varieties
of videos that you can use.
On a whole bunch of social mediachannels, different platforms, YouTube.

(18:52):
Uh, we're seeing some good growth onYouTube from shorts, YouTube shorts,
and we're going to do more of this.
So this is actually one of the strategieswe're going deeper on is to put all of our
content, all of our interviews into Opus.
And there's some other tools thatwe're experimenting with as well.
And then that can now be pushedto other places like YouTube.

(19:13):
And honestly see what works.
It's a big experiment.
And then you can link thoseto the other pieces of content
within everything you're creating.
So opus.pro is pretty dang.
Awesome.
Now the last two I wantto give is cast magic.
I brought this up before, had some interviews on it.
I think you'd see the power of the factthat when you create all this content.

(19:35):
You want to, um, you know, you're,you're spending really valuable
time creating content one time.
We'll make sure that thatlives on other platforms.
And what Cass magic specializesin is if we go down over here, it
will give you a bunch of written.
Uh, very varieties of, of,of your content essentially.

(19:56):
So it can give you different titles.
It'll give you clips written out quotes.
It'll give you the social media poststhat you can actually write in post.
Uh, it'll give you emails, blog posts, things like that.
This is going to allow you now to.
Take the content you created in thatcreation phase and then push it out to
other channels with the written aspect.

(20:18):
So, if you're looking at cast magic,it's going to take care of the writing
parts of things, and then Opus over here.
We'll take care of a lot ofthe visual parts of things.
And just think about whatyou can do when you start to
combine all this stuff together.
that's what I got for you.
I'm going to wrap it right there.
I might go deeper on any one of thesetools and do more of a tutorial, but if
not, just go to YouTube, like you canprobably find a really good walkthrough

(20:41):
of any of these tools out there right now.
And I'm going to end on this again,go to hustle and flow chart.com/one
thing, spell out one O N E thing.
And I want to hear what you have inmind for topics that you want me to go
dive deeper in, on, or invite gueststo cover, because that helps me.

(21:02):
It helps you.
And, uh, we'll, we'll just do more of thisawesome stuff of creating content, but
also, um, helping you out in the process.
So that's why I got,um, thank you very much.
Like subscribe, pass this aroundrate review, wherever you're at.
Uh, to get more of this good stuffand I will catch ya next time.
