Welcome to Day two Session one of the Interpreting Wine Hospitality Summit 2020. Today is all about restaurants and we start with a long overdue visit to Tredwells to speak with Chef Owner Chantelle Nicholson. We first hear her origin story and transition from studying law into various roles in hospitality. Looking at her up to date ideas for what a restaurant can be, which has developed during lockdown.
