Joseph emphasizes that Jesus took on a physical body, confronted demonic forces, and drove them out. He came to Earth to wage war on the devil, disarming principalities and powers while making a public spectacle of them. He describes how the good angels chose to have faith and stand by God, and their loyalty was rewarded when Jesus descended into hell, defeated the devil, and took the keys of hell, death, and the grave; that at the mention of Jesus' name, every knee shall bow, and every tongue will confess that Jesus is Lord.
Additionally, Joseph clarifies that the angels recognized Jesus as a warrior. When He returns, He will eliminate God's enemies and those of the Church, a day the angels eagerly anticipate. He assures us that these same angels are committed to us because of Jesus and His battle on our behalf, emphasizing that we can activate their assistance through prayer and God's Word.
