- Every day, I grow in love, acceptance, and compassion for myself.
- I am worthy of rest, healing, and all the love I give to others. I treat myself with kindness and patience, knowing that I am enough.
- I am not my illness; I am love, strength, and resilience. I embrace every part of my journey with grace and self-compassion.
- I love and care for myself, no matter what my body is going through. My value is infinite, and I choose to nurture myself with compassion.
