I spent much of my early life living for anyone & everyone but myself.
For a long time I was ignorant to the fact that I was doing so.
Thank goodness that my life got so bad that I finally reached out for help and in turn began a journey of recovery and self-discovery that introduced me to the idea that it was healthy, courageous and wise to begin living an authentic life OF MY OWN :)
At this point in my life I am deeply feeling the results of building and embracing this life of my own and it's an incredible place to be!

"Why am I doing what I'm doing" is the greatest question I have been courageous enough to ask myself AND continue to ask myself. It's changed my life in ways I didn't think possible.
