Ollie has been a running and strength coach in the fitness industry for over a decade. He’s an avid runner who enjoys everything from 5ks to ultramarathons. He’s worked with triathletes and has a wealth of knowledge on athletic conditioning.
He is also the host of, “Training to Endure,” a podcast that shares interesting stories and interviews about training and athletic reflection. In this episode of Money Mile, Ollie shares how he became a running coach as well as his philosophy and advice on fitness.
