__________

In this episode, Jeremy opens the show discussing how he helps business owners with their public relations. People think public relations and marketing are the same things – they are totally different. PR is the thing that shows your credibility and helps you level up; it makes your marketing look better. PR is the know, like, and trust factor – it will change your online presence and your online footprint. Mediums are changing like crazy; new media is YouTube, Podcasts, and web shows. Jeremy teaches the small pond strategy. He's from a town where nothing really happens, yet built a media footprint using a local newspaper that goes to everyone's houses once a week.

Next, Jeremy explains the importance of branding. Branding is the reason someone would choose you over someone else. If you don't differentiate yourself from other brands, then you are just promoting a generic product rather than your product. People do business with people that they know. Build your brand as an individual and rise above the noise. Also, Jeremy speaks about the inspiration behind his podcast and his business, Command Your Brand. Jeremy has harnessed his limitless mindset to create abundance in his life – it hasn't always been perfect or pretty. Some problematic situations will arise in our life; it helps to address ourselves as a spiritual being. Scientology is an applied religious philosophy that comes with tools to grow your business – it has been a massive game-changer for Jeremy.

Listen to Jeremy speak about how good nutrition attributes to entrepreneurial success, and discusses multiple income streams, food awareness, and what you can expect when working with Jeremy.

Ruthie's Table 4

Ruthie's Table 4

For more than 30 years The River Cafe in London, has been the home-from-home of artists, architects, designers, actors, collectors, writers, activists, and politicians. Michael Caine, Glenn Close, JJ Abrams, Steve McQueen, Victoria and David Beckham, and Lily Allen, are just some of the people who love to call The River Cafe home. On River Cafe Table 4, Rogers sits down with her customers—who have become friends—to talk about food memories. Table 4 explores how food impacts every aspect of our lives. “Foods is politics, food is cultural, food is how you express love, food is about your heritage, it defines who you and who you want to be,” says Rogers. Each week, Rogers invites her guest to reminisce about family suppers and first dates, what they cook, how they eat when performing, the restaurants they choose, and what food they seek when they need comfort. And to punctuate each episode of Table 4, guests such as Ralph Fiennes, Emily Blunt, and Alfonso Cuarón, read their favourite recipe from one of the best-selling River Cafe cookbooks. Table 4 itself, is situated near The River Cafe’s open kitchen, close to the bright pink wood-fired oven and next to the glossy yellow pass, where Ruthie oversees the restaurant. You are invited to take a seat at this intimate table and join the conversation.
