Dana Lynn Kaye brought to fruition her dream of a flavorful world and the end of boring, bland foods.  With passion and persistence, she acted on that dream to make a positive change for herself and in the lives of others.

 

In this episode, Dana opens the show discussing the inspiration behind Devotion Nutrition.  The word devotion came along because she realized to accomplish your goals is one thing, but staying devoted is committing to a lifestyle of health and fitness. We should not give in to every craving. Dana loves protein; however, none of the flavors were appealing to her. Every meal Dana eats consists of 25 grams of protein. Yet, one day, Dana found out one of her favorite protein companies were lying about the amount of protein in a scoop. She felt utterly flabbergasted! The incident inspired Dana to sell her own protein and create her own lifestyle brand.

 

Later, Dana explains to make her famous protein fluff. Protein fluff is like soft-serve ice cream. You can make it in a food processor – blend it until it fluffs up into an ice cream-like consistency. There’s no sugar, and twenty grams of protein. You can eat a massive amount of protein fluff before bed, and wake up with abs! Dana shows people various ways to use her products. The recipes are simply part of the education of her products. Plus, many creators on social media are sharing their recipes online as well. Stay tuned as Dana talks about her target market, utilizing social media marketing, and the importance of word-of-mouth.
