He has authored multiple books, including Hungry Beautiful Animals: The Joyful Case for Going Vegan, Compassionate Eating as Care of Creation, and Philosophy Comes to Dinner (co-edited with Andrew Chignell and Terence Cuneo).
Beyond academia, he has co-founded and convened events such as the Animals and the Kingdom of God Lecture Series and the Wake Up Weekend Festival, both of which promote awareness and education on ethical eating and animal advocacy.
