Outside 50 with your hosts Rick Shaibani & Wayne Kraska.
In this episode we head over to the west coast of the USA and a great chat with Michael Ross, Head Coach of the San Diego Lions, a team with a long history in the USAFL. Michael originally from Foster in Victoria, played with the Sale Football Club in the Latrobe Valley League.
Michael talks about keeping the San Diego club together during these unexpected times and also some of the highlights of the team. One being a full game versus the crew of the HMAS Brisbane when it ported in San Diego when on military exercises a year or so back.
With the season in a holding pattern right now Michael also explains the plan forward for the Lions schedule, but also some of the events they use to bring unity in the club and keep players in the fold.

Camp Hell: Anneewakee
The Anneewakee Treatment Center for Emotionally Disturbed Youth operated in Douglasville, Georgia for over 25 years. Purportedly, it was a place that parents could send their troubled kids for help. But in reality, it was a breeding ground for abuse. This is the story of Anneewakee, as never told before.
This is what the news should sound like. The biggest stories of our time, told by the best journalists in the world. Hosted by Michael Barbaro. Twenty minutes a day, five days a week, ready by 6 a.m.
