862 | Identity Work Isn’t a One-Time Breakthrough

In this episode, I share the journey of identity work and the ongoing process of breaking down limiting beliefs. After the exhilarating experience of the unreserved book launch party, which involved coordinating with 24 different authors and connecting with women from around the globe, I reflect on the personal growth from such expansive experiences.

I emphasize that identity work is not a one-time breakthrough but rather a continuous process of chipping away at the concrete walls of limiting beliefs we have built over the years, if not decades. I share a powerful metaphor: just as you cannot smash through a thick concrete wall in one swing, you must chip away at it gradually. This analogy illustrates how we can shift our identities by consistently challenging and replacing our limiting beliefs.
