I reflect on my own journey of resisting self-care, slowing down, and tuning into my own needs, which I now recognize as essential to my personal and professional growth. For years, I believed that hard work and relentless hustle were the keys to success, but I have come to understand that true fulfillment lies in balancing ambition with self-care.
