In this episode, I share the relationship between our emotions and the subconscious mind, exploring how our bodies hold onto unprocessed feelings and the stories we tell ourselves. We can learn to unpack these concepts, especially as we prepare to share insights on how to release stuck emotions such as anger, sadness, fear, shame, guilt, and more.
Our bodies hold the visceral reactions that they have in response to specific triggers, highlighting the connection between our nervous system and subconscious mind. While our conscious mind may forget specific experiences, our bodies retain the memory of these emotions, often leading to physical manifestations like tension or pain. I share the different areas of the body and what emotions we hold onto.
